In the Reports tab of Know True-Up you will find several account reports. We will briefly review what can be found in each report.

Health Check Report

This report is specific to a user, so the first thing you will do is enter and select a user in the red box below.

Once a user is selected, you will see a report with a summary of the account status including Solar Production and Consumption over the last two years as well as the estimated true-up chart and energy snapshots for the preceding 90 days and 30 days.

This report is an excellent snapshot of a customer's energy system health, and can be used as a starting point for customer conversations.

Consumption Report

Primarily used during the sales process to retrieve the last 2 years of energy consumption data from a utility, however, the report can be run at any time.

If a solar inverter data connection is present, it will show 3 columns as seen below. If no solar inverter data connection is present, you will see only the Net Consumption Portion shown above.

Trial Expiration

Running the Trial Expiration report will show you all users' Know True-Up trial expiration dates. Using the filters on the right hand side will allow you to view a subset of users (i.e. only expired trials or vice versa).

Access Expiration

Running the Access Expiration report will show you all users' Know True-Up access expiration dates. Using the filters on the right hand side will allow you to view a subset of users (i.e. only expired access or vice versa).

Org Chart

The Org Chart report will simply show you the hierarchy of users and affiliated companies for your organization within Know True-Up.
